Flood Insurance Data and Analytics
The following visualizations, reports, and data elements have been created by the National Flood Insurance Program to help educate the public about the impact of major flood events and flood risk across the nation. These interactive resources also allow users to see aggregated policy information for their state and communities, including the total active policies and coverage-in-force, and identify trends in the NFIP’s policy base.
Beginning Oct. 1, 2019, PIVOT became the NFIP’s new System of Record, replacing the legacy BureauNet system. Some of the reports previously hosted here from BureauNet may no longer be available.
Authorized users, such as state hazard mitigation officers and floodplain managers, may be able to access additional data via the PIVOT Portal.
